Qunu is seems to be a really great idea. It is free live support with whatever you are having problems with. You type in the search engine keywords and the engine searches tags set up in profiles by the Qunu ‘experts.’ The Qunu ‘expert’ rates themselves on what their level of expertise in their tag. The level ranges from beginner to guru. Anyone can be a Qunu ‘expert.’ The big plus with this is you get the answer you want now without waiting. The problem with this is that you may not get the right answer to your question. This just does not seem as reliable as I would rather ask about something Ubuntu on the official forum rather then some guy who says he knows what he is talking about. I would not use this for checking out how to change my boot sequence, but I would use it to see what the best bittorrent application is. Just use your best judgement.
